It was a good day. We woke up at 6.30 a.m. after an 8 hours of sleep, went to the gym, showered and had breakfast before going off for work. Lunch was normal and would from time to time eat fast food, but dinner would be steamed fish or chicken, with a colorful array of steamed vegetable ending with fruits and yogurt for dessert. Hopefully, we can keep up with this routine.
I'm glad that my circle of family and friends understand and follow similar eating habits, as they have experienced better health. Eating less meat, less sugar, and more vegetable doesn't weakened you, as some may assume, but rather strengthen your immunity system. Funny how I would be ridiculed by the outside circle for being a "skinny goat" or "cow eating grass"... oh well, too bad for them *shrug*.
