Brownies have been my other baking obsession for the past months. I've tried out different recipes, and I think I may have gotten the One.
It's not crumbly, yet firm on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Although I reduced a considerable amount of sugar from the original recipe, it still tastes sweet enough and flavorful enough to be so far a favorite.
I wanted to give my brownies a nice wrap... that's why they were not cut into the conventional square shapes.
