Every time I had a hard time sleeping at night and kept on turning on my bed, my Mom would prepare me a nice cup of hot milk mixed with honey. It's a very comforting drink, especially during the winter season, and it helps you sleep better at night.
Just pour a cup of milk in a pot and put it under medium-high fire. When you see a light vapor slowly steaming up from the milk, it's a sign that the milk is ready. It's hot enough to drink and won't burn your tongue. Pour the hot milk into your mug, with 1-2 teaspoon of honey.
