Want to share with you what happened in our kitchen this past weekend. My husband and I cooked a few dishes: hamburger for lunch, pesto and salad for dinner. Let's say that cooking releases stress. Most important, I love to take pictures of my creations ;)
Here's my hubby's pesto... he wouldn't let me cook it, he said: "Just eat it!".
My favorite dish: fresh salad with black olives. Hmmm Hmmm delicious! For the sauce, I mixed plain yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, honey, pinch of salt and pepper.
I followed Jamie Oliver's recipe... still need a lot of improvement from my part though. The burger is a bit too dry.
